Jordan is an inherently blessed and sacred place and only 20 miles away from its border is Jerusalem, in which lies Islam's third holiest site - Masjid Al Aqsa. Many Prophets travelled through this blessed land and are buried here. Many of the Prophet's Companions were martyred there during the battles fought and a great multitude have also been laid to rest here. This was the first territory where Islam spread outside of the Arabian peninsula during the Prophet's lifetime.
This book describes many of the sites and places of religious and historical significance that Mufti Sahib visited during his travels and gives an account of many of the events of religious significance that unfolded there.
